We've all heard how critical first impressions are. When it comes to marketing high end real estate, pictures speak a thousand words. And quality pictures that show off the outstanding features of the home speak even louder. So how do you show off that fantastic view but not loose the details of the interior? That's where I can help.
If you have an important listing and want to impress prospective buyers, other agents as well as your listing client, you need great photography. Whether you are planning a custom web site, flyers, printed collateral, four color magazine ads or simply want the best representation in the MLS, the photography of your home will speak volumes.
But professional photography is expensive, right?

MLS Quick Photos
Sometimes all you need is a quick set of quality photos to post to the MLS or to create a simple flyer. Not comfortable with digital cameras? Don't have the time or eye to produce the pictures that show your property at its best? This package includes 10 to 15 high quality digital images that are easily emailed and uploadable to the MLS.

Small to Mid-size Homes
4000 sq ft or less. This package includes 15 to 20 high resolution images, professionally lighted and photographed. Perfect for use in high quality printing, ads, flyers or digital presentation. Images will be formatted in two sizes for email/MLS upload and also copied to disc for large format printing or reproduction. The shoot will include both interior and exterior photos including the features you or your client would like to emphasize. Usually set during daylight hours, the shoot will take approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Larger Homes
4000 sq ft and larger. Same as Small Home but includes additional images as necessary. Shoot time will be approximately 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Night Shot
You've probably seen those cool pictures of the home exterior shot at night with a dark blue sky and illuminated lighting. These photos are typically shot at dusk with a long exposure and special lighting. Shoot time is approximately 1 hour. Note that, although the photos are from the exterior, I may need to gain access to the home to set the interior lighting to the proper levels.

Setting up the Shoot
Since I am also an active real estate agent, I have access to the CTAR MLS, Centralized Showing Services and a lock box key and can simply set up the shoot like I would set up a showing. My goal is to get into your home fast and turn the shots around before you make your listing active in MLS. Having great photos the day your listing hits the Hot Sheet will give your property a much better first impression and hopefully increase showings.
Delivery
MLS sized photos in the user friendly .jpeg format will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the shoot.
High Resolution photos which you would typically be use for four-color flyers or ads will be formatted in .jpeg or .tiff and copied to a CD and delivered or mailed.
